WAFGOPreparing your page
Support

Prepare the need, then discuss the solution

Prepare regions, architecture, usage, security objectives and availability for a solution discussion or meeting request.

Overview

A useful solution discussion begins with a specific problem. Gather the following information, then use the contact page to prepare an email draft.

This page helps prepare a solution or meeting request; it does not automatically schedule or confirm an appointment.

01

Make the business context concrete

Describe the application type, primary visitor regions, current origins and service dependencies. Identify the experience to improve and critical paths that must remain available.

02

Prepare a workable scope

Provide recent traffic ranges, content types, update frequency, security concerns and timing. Initial ranges are useful; unconfirmed forecasts do not need to be presented as commitments.

03

Share availability and participants

State your time zone, availability and agenda, and include colleagues who understand the business and technical context. Do not include meeting-platform passwords or administrator credentials.

04

Schedule after receiving confirmation

Submitting interest or opening an email client does not book a meeting. Confirm the date, attendees, communication method and any additional material through a reply.
